Our Services

We offer a range of services to help you live independently, comfortably and happily.

Daily Tasks/ Shared Living

We can assist you with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care and more. We also offer shared living options where you can live with other like-minded people and enjoy social activities and outings. You can choose from different types of accommodation, such as group homes, apartments or villas. You can also have input into who you live with and how you want to live.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

We can help you develop the skills and confidence you need to live independently. We will work with you to create a personalised plan that reflects your interests, goals and aspirations. We will support you every step of the way, from finding suitable housing, managing your finances, accessing education or employment, to maintaining your health and well-being. We will also encourage you to participate in the community and pursue your hobbies and passions.

Respite Care

We understand that caring for someone can be challenging and exhausting. That’s why we offer respite care services that give you a break while ensuring your loved one receives quality care in a safe and friendly environment. You can choose from different types of respite care, such as in-home care, day programs or short-term stays. You can also decide how often and how long you need respite care. We will match your loved one with a suitable carer who will respect their needs and preferences.

Aged Care

We specialise in providing exceptional aged care services for our older generations. We respect your dignity, choices and preferences. We will tailor our services to meet your individual needs and wishes. We can provide personal care, domestic assistance, nursing care, medication management, transport, social support and more. We can also help you access other services such as home modifications, equipment or allied health professionals. We can provide aged care services in your own home or in one of our intimate residential homes.

Developmental Life Skills

We will support you in pursuing your passions and dreams. We offer a variety of programs and activities, such as art, music, sports, cooking, gardening, volunteering, travel and more. You can choose what you want to do and how often you want to do it. You can also suggest new ideas or join existing groups.

Assist-Personal Activities

We want to help you live as comfortably and independently as possible. We can assist you with personal activities such as mobility, hygiene, medication, communication and more. We will respect your privacy, dignity and autonomy. We will work with you to find the best ways to assist you according to your abilities and preferences. We will also help you access any equipment or aids that can make your life easier.
